Membership Agreement
Member Benefits
As of part of the Connection Keepers Membership with Wild Withness LLC, the Member will receive the following benefits:
- Bi-weekly group live calls
- A members-only virtual community
- A resource library
- Monthly themes and topics
- Monthly office hours
Membership Payment
Membership payment will automatically withdraw monthly according to the payment method you establish at checkout. Membership payment will automatically be charged on the same date of each month until canceled. Member must send notification to [email protected] if they wish to alter their membership tier. If Member is late making a payment due to a failed payment attempt, Member will receive a notification email within 30 days of the failed payment. Payment is expected within 7 business days after receiving the failed payment notice. Failure to pay will result in immediate removal from the membership.
Membership Term
This monthly membership shall begin on the date of enrollment and will automatically renew on the same date of each month until canceled. As a condition of monthly membership, Members agree to have a valid credit or debit card on file with the Wild Withness LLC payment system. Annual memberships shall begin on the date of enrollment and will need to be renewed each year on the anniversary of membership. Members may opt into automatic renewals for Annual memberships. To cancel a membership that is set to auto-renew, Members must send an email to [email protected] at least 15 business days prior to the auto-renew date to avoid the next monthly or annual charge. To maintain membership, this Agreement must be renewed three years from the date of execution. After three years from the date of enrollment, this Agreement shall automatically expire and terminate.
Restrictions
The Member agrees that they will not:
- Share their login information with non-members
- Reproduce any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with non-members
- Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions
- Take personal responsibility for any complaints or issues by approaching Courtney Klick or other members directly for conflict resolution
Liability Release
The Member will not hold Wild Withness LLC and/or Courtney klick liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.
The Member agrees that Wild Withness LLC and/or Courtney Klick cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices.
Privacy Policy
The Organization will not share any contact or personal information about the Member with other members, non-members or any third parties.
Membership Termination
Wild Withness LLC and/or Courtney Klick has a right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this Agreement are violated. The Member can terminate their membership at any point and for any reason and will not be charged for their next billing cycle.
